Since 1973, Teri  has watched Vail grow into the Number 1 mountain resort it is today. She has listed and sold real estate for 15 years and is Vail's First Certified EcoBroker, helping buyers and sellers with home energy ratings, new energy efficient mortgages and energy home improvements.  She is a New Construction Specialist, Lukury Home Specialist, GRI, E-Pro Internet and Buyer Specialist and has completed the course work for the International Professional Specialist Designation.

Teri moved from Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where she gained her experience with the top producing office of Realty One.  As a graduate of Case Western Reserve University Nursing School and masters work in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University, Teri, is aware of how important listening skills are in helping othes achieve their goals.  Each relationship with a client is built on trust and  confidentiality.
