As a full time resident of Eagle County for over a decade, Julie brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to Gateway Land & Development. Having graduated from the Seattle Art Institute with an industrial design degree, as well as earning designations as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist from the Real Estate Institute (GRI,RSPS), she is committed to meeting the diverse needs of her clients.

Her background in real estate and interior design provides a unique understanding of the Vail Valley marketplace. Having decorated and sold properties throughout the Vail Valley, Julie has a vast knowledge of all the varying product types and their unique selling components.

Julie specializes in taking clients’ needs and desires and turns them into reality. From those clients that are purchasing their first home, to seasoned homeowners, Julie provides personalized service and strives at all times to exceed expectations. Living in the Vail Valley was a life-long dream of Julie’s. She is the proud mother of two boys, Ryan, 23 and Collin, 19. Julie’s pride in her home is easily contagious and she warmly welcomes the opportunity to show clients what makes this valley so special.
